Can proxies be replaced?

We do not offer any kind of direct changes, replacements, swaps, exchanges, etc. Our currently running infrastructure is not set up and does not allow any such actions. All proxies are assigned at random and automatically by the system and we do not have the possibility to impact any purchase pre-sales or after-sales.

Proxies can only be canceled and refunded to the balance if they meet refund criteria. For that, please read our refund policy.
